What am I doing? It's Monday morning and alarms are going off in my head. I said I'd stop doing this to myself over and over again. My body's soft, my joints are loose, I got poison in my blood. I might as well start drinking again, today's already done.
I think this might hell - dancing alone on a Monday night
And I like it here, I built it all myself - woke up mad and I lost the fight
Sometimes I don't know who I am - get off my case unless you got one too
I've forgotten how I got here and I don't know who I am - it's the end of the world that's nothing new
What am I doing? It's Monday night and I'm reaching for another can. I said I'd stop doing this to myself over and over again. I'm barely here I hate myself this isn't even fun. I might as well keep drinking man tomorrow's already done.

Get up, get out, and get moving and you take me for the ride. You said the road was soothing but me, I don't know what I like
But I know that I'm right here with you and my systems all seem normal and my eyes are flashing blue. My software's up to date and I can read the code coming through. It's telling me to stay with you. I can't think of anything better to do.
Do my circuits make you nervous? I don't mean to scare you. I'm just a shiny surface just trying to play it cool. I'll make you breakfast in the morning if you change my battery but please mind the yellow warning, I've got nuclear anatomy.

This is one of those albums where I have a different favourite track every week, and it's been like that since the release that is now a year ago. What a massive album, starting out with fist pumping chants and gradually getting more electro but always with that punk grit attitude. Top 3 of 2023.
